4 Way Test Youth Public Speaking Showcase

21-MAY The 4 Way Test of the things we think, say or do embodies the guiding principles underlying all of Rotary’s endeavours and to which all Rotarians subscribe. Public speaking is also very important in today's world, particularly in our young people, our future leaders. Combining the principles of the Rotary 4 Way Test within the opportunity this competition provides our youth to enhance their public speaking skills, may further assist our youth in developing and encouraging an appreciation of and benefits arising from an ethical approach to the way they live their lives. In this competition students can speak on any subject that they feel is current, interesting or important. Their speech must be based on the application of Rotary’s 4 Way Test, with the principles of the 4 Way Test running either expressly or impliedly through the entire speech. Visitors are welcome to attend, just send an email to attendance@balwynrotary.org.au
