17-SEP David Parkin is a former Australian rules footballer and highly respected coach, known for his profound impact on the sport. As a player, he had a successful career with the Hawthorn and Subiaco Football Clubs. However, he is best known for his remarkable achievements as a coach. Drawing on his experience as both a player and an educator, Parkin led his teams to four premierships—one with Hawthorn and three with Carlton—cementing his reputation as one of the most influential coaches of the modern era. His range of topics is diverse and may cover areas such as the Quit Campaign, The Moneghetti Report, Carlton Football Club  the PACE Program, concussion management, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. 20-AUG Doug Hawley, Past President and Founder of the FORaMEAL project will speak about this wonderful initiative. FORaMEAL, a project of the Rotary Club of Canterbury is an initiative to help provide emergency relief meals for those impacted by natural disasters. Each year over 250,000 meals are provided free of charge to vulnerable individuals and families across the Asia Pacific region in times of disaster. To date, over 1,100,000 meals have been distributed for FREE! FORaMEAL
