Youth Public Speaking Competition Grand Final – June 2nd Meeting
Join us for the Balwyn Rotary Annual Public Speaking Competition Grand Final, one of our club’s signature youth programs that has been proudly supported over many years.
This special evening will showcase talented Boroondara students as they present their speeches and demonstrate confidence, creativity and public speaking skills. Our youth of today are our leaders of tomorrow, and this event is a wonderful opportunity to encourage and celebrate the next generation.
This year, the competition has been updated to allow speakers to choose their own topics, giving students the opportunity to speak with greater passion, personality and originality.
The Grand Final will feature both Junior students from Years 7, 8 and 9 and Senior students from Years 10 and 11. Rotarians, partners, parents, teachers and friends are warmly invited to attend and support the finalists for what promises to be an inspiring evening.
